Administrative Assistant/Office Manager/ Bookkeeper Job Description
Busy mental health counseling center in process of expansion. Candidate must be an initiative taker who can also be sensitive to the priorities of the director.
Responsible for clinic bookkeeping and all office management and administration. Requirements:
Excellent computer proficiency with PCs (Mac familiarity a bonus) In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
Experience with Google Docs
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress

Knowledge of Social Media

Basic IT support and problem solving In depth knowledge of Quickbooks Excellent client relation skills
3+ years of office management experience preferred 40 hours a week
