APPLICATION:
1. Go to www.extendhealth.com, bottom of the page under "About Us" and click on "Careers"
2. Under "Search Openings->Location" click on "South Jordan, UT" then click "Search"
3. Under "Search Results" click on "Temporary Benefit Advisor"
4. Under "Description" scroll to the bottom of the page under the description and click on "Apply for this Position"
5. Fill out application... NOTE: Under the "How did you hear about us?" section-> "Source" select "Employee Referral" and provide my name below in the section "Referred BY:" NOTE: Spell my name correctly (Sean Michials)
6. "Employment History" sections requires 5 years of work history. If you have a gap in your work history, you need to "+ Add Another Work History" and make the "Title" "unemployed", "school", "military" etc. then under the employment history section-> "In the space provided below please indicate and explain and gaps in your Employment History."
* NOTE: The 5 years of employment history needs to have NO GAPS in months or history. If you have trouble with it please send me a personal message her on Facebook so I can help you.
* NOTE: Job listing says "temporary" but if you do well they may keep you on throughout the next year.
* NOTE: If you don't want to be a Benefit Advisor and take the Health/Life Insurance exam for your license (paid for by EH) you can apply for the "Temporary Customer Service Representative" which starts at around $13.00 an hour.
